July 31-Rally Against Human Cloning in Jefferson City

My friends, Dr. Alan Keyes and Dr. Rick Scarborough, will present urgent information about Human Cloning and the proposed amendment to the Missouri Constitution known as "Research and Cures Initiative." On a related note, we have been receiving numerous calls from 'research' firms (pollsters) on upcoming political races and initiatives such as the deceptive "Missouri Stem Cell Research and Cures Initiative"...

One call was from a pollster for pro-abort Claire McCaskill who is running for the US Senate against Jim Talent - I played along and stated that I was an independent voter...When asked if I would support Claire in her upcoming election bid, I stated that "I can only support those candidates who defend and protect innocent human life since the right to life comes before all other rights."

The caller hesitated and said, "Uhhh, well, thank you." (click) Buh-bye!

Another pollster called about the "Missouri Stem Cell Research and Cures Initiative", and began by claiming that it will lead to cures for all sorts of diseases (Oh, really?) and that it would ban human cloning....

As that point, I chimed in and stated, "Hold on a minute, this initiative would actually create a constitutional right to allow human cloning - Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer is, in fact, HUMAN CLONING. This initiative is a deceptive lie intended to confuse the people of Missouri." The caller, sounding somewhat perplexed, said something like "Really???"....I asked, "Do you support human cloning?" She said, "Uh, I have to go...Thanks."

Oh well, we have a major uphill battle before us. We need to storm heaven with our prayers, asking for our Lord's divine assistance and we need to educate the populace with the truth if this hideous amendment is to be defeated.
