Prayers Requested for Ex-Deacon Who Has Renounced the Faith

On June 9, an ex-Roman Catholic Deacon will be speaking at a Masonic Lodge in Hudson, Wisconsin, (Diocese of Superior). [Bernie] Drevnick, who converted to Mormonism, is speaking at the Masonic Lodge on the "sometimes-stormy relationship between the Catholic Church and the Masons."

As you will see by the linked statement below, Bishop Fliss has made it clear that Bernie Drevnick has renounced his Roman Catholic Faith and is not authorized to speak as a representative of the Catholic Church.

Unfortunately, many people do not know Drevnick has renounced his Catholic Faith; therefore, some people may be misled regarding his authority to speak on the Catholic Church.
