Report: Pope Near To Naming New St. Louis Archbishop?

As reported by Fox 2 News:
(KTVI - myFOXstl.com) -- The Pope could be close to naming a new archbishop for St. Louis. Archbishop Raymond Burke left St. Louis in August after he was appointed to lead the Vatican’s Supreme Court.

Now, according to internet reports, the name of a New England bishop is reportedly at the top of the list to replace Burke.
Who is it?

Sources say that it is Salvatore Matano, bishop of Burlington, Vermont. They state that Bishop Matano is the leading candidate to replace Raymond Burke as the archbishop of St. Louis, according to high-ranking sources outside of St. Louis.
