Defiant priest joins St. Stanislaus

More on Fr. Marek (Mark) B. Bozek, courtesy of the Post Dispatch
....Bozek is again headed for a flock without a shepherd.
Tim Townsend is wrong on this point-gravely wrong! As the Post's religion journalist and write, he should know that the legitimate shepherd for this "flock" of malcontents is none other than Archbishop Raymond Burke. It should also be obvious that this "flock" is not looking for a shepherd but for an accomplice in their misdeeds - someone who will confirm them in their sins of disobedience and rebellion...Finally, they seem to have found an accomplice who apparently lacks the necessary humility, maturity and faith to lead them to salvation.
But this time, it could derail the 30-year-old’s career as a priest and even his life as a Catholic.
This is a given, unless he repents and turns away from the temptation to do his will rather than God's will.
The move to St. Stanislaus defies St. Louis Archbishop Raymond Burke, who did not approve Bozek’s appointment at the Polish church. Though he’s hesitant to use the term because he’s afraid it will scare his new parishioners, Bozek knows he is likely to be excommunicated — a grave punishment that excludes a Catholic from the life of the church.
There's no reason to be hesitant - one should face the truth and accept the consequences for one's own deliberate actions - actions that speak volumes about how deficient one's relationship is with his Lord and Savior. To openly and defiantly reject the legitimate authority of one's bishop and the Church is to openly and defiantly reject Christ. One may as well walk up to Jesus and spit in His face like the Roman guards and others.
"I’m scared about the disciplinary side of this," said Bozek, who knew he wanted to be a priest when he was only 9. "It will hurt because I love the church, I love the papacy. I’m Catholic to the bone."
A true Catholic will not publicly and defiantly oppose his bishop or the Church. A faithful Catholic will be humbly obedient to his bishop. A faithful priest without faculties will not cause scandal and division by publicly repudiating the local bishop by acting as if he has faculties to celebrate Holy Mass.
Still, Bozek is convinced he made the right choice.
Much as Eve was convinced by Satan that she also made the right choice - deliberately disobeying God and lovingly embracing the vice of pride - those who do so, thinking that they can become like God, follow instead, a path to death.
"I can’t imagine my life without the sacraments," he said. "And these people have gone without them for so long."
This, too, is evident that one has been deluded, deceived by the evil one. No one in the Archdiocese is being deprived of the Sacraments unless they have freely and deliberately chosen a path of excommunication or mortal sin. There are more than enough parishes in the area to accomodate those wishing to receive spiritual nourishment and life from the Sacraments. Archbishop Burke has even established a new Polish parish where those so disposed may enjoy the richness and fulfillment of a truly authentic Catholic life.
At a press conference Saturday, St. Stanislaus spokesman, Roger Krasnicki called Burke’s language a "scare tactic" used to keep people from coming to the church. Krasnicki also said the board and Bozek had long conversations about the possible ramifications of their actions, and were "entirely and completely prepared for the consequences."
One wonders if they are prepared for the final and eternal consequence for such actions?

Will such a defiant one hear at his death, "Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of your Master's house!"?

Or rather, will one hear instead, "'Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."?

The eternal consequences of hell of an arrogant and prideful disobedience are forever. Such consequences should give one pause for serious reflection.

More of the same continuous confusion can be read here.
