SB 715 "School Health Centers" Act

SB 715 - "School Health Centers" Act creates 20 new "school health centers" or school-based clinics that can dispense contraceptives, condoms and refer for abortions. Even the Administrative Code for "School-Based/Linked Health Centers" states that medical services WILL include "family planning" and "prescribing, dispensing, or referring for birth control".

This bill passed the House Human Services Committee on Wednesday, May 16th. Having passed the Illinois Senate after two tries 32-22, we must try and stop this bill in the House.

Representative Mike Bost needs calls to his offices to confirm his "NO" vote on SB 715. He especially needs to here from his district's supporters (Dist. 115).
