Love for Love
Oh, we do not know what love is, do not understand what it means to love! Let us, then, beg of the eternal Father, for the sake of His only-begotten Son, to inflame our cold hearts with some spark of that love with which He offered His only son for us; so that although we are poor He may find in our hearts such fire of love that He will no longer have cause to grieve for our coldness and want of love. 'God so loved the world that He spared not even His own SQn, but delivered Him up for us all.'
