Catholic parishes in southern Arizona have been advised by bankruptcy attorneys to put money now into a settlement fund, whether or not their clergy have been accused of sexual abuse.What a nightmare this has become....
Contributing to the fund will protect them from future claims, under bankruptcy reorganization plans being developed, according to Susan Boswell, the Tucson diocese's chief bankruptcy attorney.
