On the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, February 11, a prayer vigil is being planned so that we might meet in prayer to protest of the upcoming "V-Monologues" play which is to be performed at St. Louis University, a professed Catholic institution.
The e-mail I received stated:
"Here in St. Louis, we are trying to mobilize as many faithful Catholics as possible with such short notice to come and protest the play on opening night. Please come and stand with fellow Catholics in making an act of reparation.
"We will be contacting Catholics around the St. Louis Region to ask them to join in our protest on Friday February 11th. Arrangements are currently underway and we expect to announce a time and location no later than Wednesday February 9th. In the meanwhile, please keep the date open and plan to attend the protest. "
