The House voted overwhelmingly Monday to make abortions, human cloning and certain types of stem cell research out of bounds for any money gained by selling some of the assets of the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority.Good move...we know how those obsessed with promoting the culture of death just love to use public funds to carry out their nefarious deeds.
