America's Largest "Dissent-Fest" Speakers Listed

From Concerned Roman Catholics of America, Inc.:

Millions of Catholic children's souls in grave danger worldwide

It's unbelievable. Despite the devastation "gay" priests have wrought in the Church, Roger Cardinal Mahony still plans to subject tens of thousands of Catholics to three days of indoctrination by pro-"gay" speakers and other dissenters.

Cdl. Mahony's Religious Education Congress (REC), scheduled for Mar. 1-4, 2007, will be the largest dissent-fest ever. The 2006 REC drew a record 41,000 souls from the USA and abroad, and 2007's will be colossal, too. It'll take place in the giant Anaheim Convention Center in the adjacent diocese of his ally, Bp. Tod Brown.

The most disturbing part is, tens of thousands of religious education teachers will attend. Then, after the REC, they'll fan out across the USA and the world, teaching millions of Catholic boys and girls the errors they learned. But that's not all: some 10,000 young Catholics will attend a special Youth Day on Mar. 1. Imagine the false teachings these teens will take home with them!

It's mind-boggling how this travesty continues unabated year after year...
Nowhere among the 274 workshop topics for 2007 will you find "Magisterium," "Catechism of the Catholic Church," "Humanae Vitae," "contraception," "Adoration" or "Rosary." Here are some of the 198 speakers Cdl. Mahony has selected:

Rev. Bryan Massingale- The Cardinal's pick for Saturday keynote speaker, this Liberation Theologian from Marquette University publicly opposed Wisconsin's 2006 Marriage Protection Amendment, which that state's bishops backed, to ban "gay marriage" and "gay civil unions." In 2004 he told fellow priests the "new Church" will be "more sensuous and feminine." Also, he quoted Richard Schoenherr, who discerns a "decline in sacramentalism and rise in Bible-based worship" and a "change from a transcendentalist to a personalist construction of...sexuality."

Sr. Fran Ferder- She rejects the Church's teaching against non-marital sex as a sign of Vatican fixation at an adolescent psychological level. In the Dec., 1995-Jan., 1996 Call to Action News, she said, "The whole Church must hear what [homosexuals] are really saying, especially those gays and lesbians who do not experience their sexuality as a lifelong commitment to celibacy."
And, unfortunately, there are many, many more...

The putrid rot from within is abominable, and it's especially sorrowful considering this is the season of Lent.
