Attorneys file sixth lawsuit against former priest

(KMOV) -- Attorneys for SNAP, or the Survivor Network of those Abused by Priests, filed a sixth lawsuit against the former priest, Donald Straub Tuesday.

The archdiocese is on the offensive and suing those attorneys.

In that lawsuit, the archdiocese claims attorneys released confidential documents from previous settlements, which included a case of sexual abuse involving Straub.

The victims' attorney says those victims have a right to make the documents public.

At a SNAP press conference, attorneys gave News 4 copies of documents in question, which included a letter where Straub writes the allegations are true.

If the archdiocese's lawsuit continues, Archbishop Raymond Burke could end up being deposed.
I made a video of the report in case I can't locate that of the local station...If I can't find it, I may end up posting it later.
