During the month of September, 2008, the American TFP sent a "caravan" of dedicated volunteers to visit cities and universities across California, distributing fliers in support of traditional marriage.
The TFP volunteers held signs saying "Honk for Traditional Marriage". The countless honks throughout the video are from people expressing their support.
Here is a sample of both positive and negative reactions from passers-by to the campaign. Those who were against it frequently used profanity and even physical intimidation to try and silence the TFP volunteers.
