Archbishop Burke Announces Seminary Expansion

Archbishop Raymond L. Burke has announced the start of a major renovation and expansion of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in Shrewsbury.

The seminary has 111 seminarians, an almost 50 percent increase in enrollment over last year. While the growth is welcomed by the archbishop and Msgr. Ted Wojcicki, president-rector of the seminary, it also prompted the need for maintenance work, renovation and expansion of the physical plant....

This is great news!

And all might consider being esepcially generous this Christmas as the anhual "Christmas Appeal for Kenrick-Glennon Seminary" takes place...As reported here, this annual appeal is one of the seminary’s most important collections, providing 15 percent of its annual revenue...

And let us not forget to continue to pray for our bishops and priests and especially for our seminarians.
