This is from a website which has scans of Catholic comics from the 40 through the 60s...Some worthwhile stuff here. Of course, it's pre VCII, but nevertheless, these comics, no doubt, were used as an educational tool to enrich the lives of many children with historical/scriptural knowledge...I think I need to spend some time there to see what so many children are mssing today. I did a search on the keyword "catholic" and had hundreds of titles to choose from...looks to be a wonderful resource.
